Operation Providing Hope aims to provide immediate assistance when disaster strikes. We are dedicated to be the first responders, conducting rescue operations, offering essential medical care, and providing resources to those who need it most. Our volunteer team serves communities with unwavering courage and compassion, ensuring that help is always available in times it is needed most.
Rescue operations
Rescue operations involve locating, assisting, and saving individuals in danger during emergencies, utilizing specialized skills, equipment, and teamwork to ensure safety and swift response in critical situations.
Medical Care
Our volunteers consist of medically certified individuals of many levels and specialties with the knowledge and skills to treat injured or ill individuals.
Resourses
By the generosity of our sponsors and donors, we are able to provide basic necessities, such as water, food, blankets, and medical needs, following the disaster when resources are limited in local areas.

Founded in North Carolina, following Hurricane Helene's devastating destruction in Western NC, Operation Providing Hope is a volunteer-led non-profit organization comprised of dedicated first responders who share a common mission: to provide timely rescue, recovery, and community stabilization following disasters. From hurricanes to floods, wildfires to other emergencies, we strive to be on the frontlines when communities need us most, ensuring that lives are saved and hope is restored in the face of adversity.
Our team includes experienced veterans, first responders, medical professionals, and disaster response experts who bring critical skills to the communities we serve. Each member of Operation Providing Hope is committed to stepping into challenging and often dangerous situations to deliver emergency relief.
